Another serious allegation of rape
has surfaced against incarcerated rapper and music
mogul, Sean "Diddy" Combs, 55, who is serving time
at the Fort Dix prison in New Jersey. A newly filed
lawsuit accuses Diddy of raping Danity Kane singer,
Aubrey O'Day, 41, who was on Diddy's MTV show
"Making The Band." The lawsuit alleges the rape
occurred in 2005 in a recording studio.

O'Day was fired from Danity Kane for
not accepting Diddy's bullying and refusing to have
sex with him. The current lawsuit, which is featured
in the new docuseries, "Sean Combs: The Reckoning"
mentions the rape from 21-years ago. The affidavit
in the lawsuit states the person walked into the
recording studio only to find Diddy and another man
raping Aubrey, who was drugged. AOL reports Diddy
"was penetrating in her vagina, and there was
another stocky light-skinned man with his penis in
her mouth." Diddy and the unnamed man need to be
imprisoned for rape. Diddy has been sued by another
member of Danity Kane (Dawn Richard) for sexual
assault and harassment.
