Chronic Copyright Infringer Ed Sheeran Scores
Dubious And Corrupt Dismissal In Theft Of Marvin
Gaye Song 'Let's Get It On'

Ed Sheeran
Constant copyright stealer and
Kabbalah cult member, Ed Sheeran, has been sued by many people for stealing
songs (much like others in his Hollywood cult). Sheeran even infamously stole "Scrubs" by
R&B/rap girl group, TLC, which was a big hit
in the 1990s (one of the members, Lisa Lopes, passed
away in 2002, so that makes Sheeran a grave robber).
Sheeran ripped it off for use in his song "Shape Of
You."
The theft was so apparent tens of
thousands of people on Twitter began calling Sheeran
out about stealing the song "Scrubs" which caused
the subject to trend on the social networking site.
Sheeran quickly settled with the songwriters of
"Scrubs" due to the public embarrassment his brazen
thievery caused.
Sheeran's entire career is based on
copyright theft, much like his friend, Taylor Swift,
who has also been sued by numerous songwriters for
infringing their intellectual property. They want to
appear like bigshot songwriters, but the truth is
they are thieves faking it.
Sheeran was sued by the heirs of the
late songwriter, Ed Townsend, who co-wrote the
well-known Marvin Gaye hit "Let's Get It On." Gaye
died in (Yes, Sheeran being a vile little
grave robber again). Sheeran was sued for stealing
"Let's Get It On" for use in his weak track
"Thinking Out Loud." Sheeran mysteriously and
suspiciously won the case this week in a matter that
looks very corrupt.
Sheeran, in my professional opinion
as a songwriter and musician, stole the bassline and
melodies of the 1972 track "Let's Get It On" for
illegal use in his infringing 2014 song "Thinking
Out Loud." If you strip the songs down and only play
the basslines and melodies they are identical (and
someone is going to do that and embarrass the life
out of you one day in a widely viewed documentary
you and all involved in this travesty of justice
will never live down).
The second I heard Sheeran's song I
immediately recognized the theft of Marvin Gaye's
hit. Last week, even biased TMZ, who kiss up to
celebrities all the time, stated they can hear the
similarities between the two songs. Yes, the theft
was that bold and recognizable. Contrary to what
team Sheeran would have you believe, the chords,
bassline and melodies of "Let's Get It On" are not
common to many songs. "Let's Get It On" and
"Thinking Out Loud" are the only two songs I've
heard with this same bassline.
"Let's Get it On" has one of the
most famous and distinct basslines and melodic
patterns in the world. When people hear it, they
immediately recognize it. Now it is illegally under
that piece of mediocrity Sheeran released "Thinking
Out Loud" and the demonic little twit was smirking
outside courthouse, like a full blown Chucky
doll, toasting the evil he has done in stealing from
a deceased legend.
Who do you think you are to have
stolen a Marvin Gaye classic; one of the most
recognizable songs in the world, and put it under
that annoyance you call a song. Do you
realize how arrogant and terrible that looks. Gaye
is a legend. You are a fraud.
You even played the songs back to
back on stage during a concert, with that demented
grin on your face, thinking you somehow did
something, like "I would never steal from a song I
played live" WHEN ALL MUSICIANS WITH ANY MUSICAL
ABILITY CAN HEAR YOU STOLE THE SONG.
Now, how you managed to get away
with it in court will be embedded in world history
for generations to come via documentaries that go on
to disgrace you and all involved on the wrong side
of the legal proceedings in this case. But I
digress...
Sheeran barely plays the guitar, has
a flat and monotonous voice and little stage
presence. He's made a career out of listening to top
songs in music history, then stealing what he can
from them with the hope he doesn't get caught and
sued.
This rubbish is getting very tired
and old. You're not getting away with this. Trust
me, when all is said and done, being a copyright thief
who financially exploits others will be one of the
main, negative things you're
known for in music history (you among others, such
as
Madonna,
Beyonce And Jay Z,
who are engaging in this dishonorable conduct at the
expense of hardworking copyright holders).
The judges and courts presiding over
these corrupted cases by Sony Music, Warner Music and select
other labels, don't realize they're not helping Sheeran and other major label artists like him, in
covering up infringements, via questionable court
rulings and verdicts, as the public know the truth.
Global developments are coming which
guarantees that each time you've helped a major
label artist, who infringed others' copyrights, then
fraudulently awarded the intellectual property
rights of others to them via dismissals or not
guilty decision, your name and that of the court
will permanently go down the toilet with artists
like Sheeran. The same for the lawyers defending
these cases. All of you will be embedded in world
history in a terrible way, your names gone for good
as corrupt jurists.
Be careful awarding in the favor of
these major label artists, who deal in copyright
infringement as a way of life. Your name and that of
the courts are at stake in world history, which time
will show via legal, legislative and social
developments that will happen globally.

Jury finds Ed Sheeran didn’t copy Marvin Gaye
classic
May 4, 2023 - NEW YORK (AP) —
British singer Ed Sheeran didn’t steal key
components of Marvin Gaye’s classic 1970s tune
“Let’s Get It On” to create his hit song “Thinking
Out Loud,” a jury said with a trial verdict
Thursday, prompting Sheeran to joke later that he
won’t have to follow through on his threat to quit
music.
The emotions of an epic copyright
fight that stretched across most of the last decade
spilled out as soon as the seven-person jury
revealed its verdict after over two hours of
deliberations. Sheeran, 32, briefly dropped his face
into his hands in relief before standing to hug his
attorney, Ilene Farkas. As jurors left the courtroom
in front of him, Sheeran smiled, nodded his head at
several of them, and mouthed the words: “Thank you.”
Later, he posed for a hallway photograph with a
juror who lingered behind...
